Ingredients
- 1 can black beans (unsalted)
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 6 corn tortillas
- 3 cups chopped cabbage
- 2 Tbsp chopped cilantro
- 2 oz cotija cheese
- 3 Tbsp salsa
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and black pepper or ½ tsp Mrs. Dash blend

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium temperature, strain black beans and add to skillet
- Add spices and cook until beans become softened (about 10 min)
- Heat tortillas on a separate skillet
- Layer tacos with black beans, cabbage, cilantro, cotija cheese, and top with preferred salsa
- Enjoy!
