Instructions
- Add 1 tsp olive oil to non-stick pan on medium heat
- Add rice and stir in oil for 2 minutes (until lightly brown)
- Pour chicken broth, cover with lid and boil for 10 minutes

- Cook and stir for 10 minutes (until beans are softened)
