Ingredients
- 1 lb 93% lean ground turkey
- ½ cup salt-free bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 oz mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp pesto
- 1 tbsp garlic, chopped
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups spinach, chopped
- 1 cup arrabbiata or marinara sauce

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F
- In a large bowl mix ground turkey, bread crumbs, egg, cheese, pesto, garlic, and black pepper
- Form 1-2” meatballs and place on oven safe dish
- Top with sauce and chopped spinach
- Cook 20 -30 minutes, or until reaches internal temperature of 165F
- Serve with whole grain pasta or salad to create a balanced meal and enjoy!
