Shante Myers earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Samuel Merritt University and completed a Nurse Practitioner Residency with UC Davis Health. Her extensive healthcare experience spans inpatient, outpatient, and public health settings. While working as a Nurse Care Coordinator, Shante witnessed gaps in care that inspired her to become a Nurse Practitioner. This experience deepened her understanding of the various factors that influence health and fueled her passion for delivering patient-centered, collaborative care.

Shante enjoys working with diverse patient populations and has a wide range of clinical interests. She is dedicated to promoting health and wellness across the lifespan through preventive care strategies, patient education, and fostering strong patient-provider relationships that empower individuals to actively engage in their health journey.

Outside of work, Shante enjoys spending time with her husband and their beloved pets, Felix the dog and Biscuit the cat. She loves exploring hiking and biking trails around the greater Sacramento area, attending live comedy shows, and making occasional getaways to the coast.
