Dr. Concepcion is a board certified Osteopathic Family Physician. He is a graduate of U.C. Irvine where he received a Bachelor of Science degree and Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, California. He completed his family practice residency training at U.C. Davis Medical Center and has been practicing at River Bend Medical Associates since 1996.

Dr. Concepcion believes in the holistic approach to wellness and preventative care and serves as the director of the medical weight loss program for River Bend Medical Associates.  In addition to practicing medicine, he devotes time to serve on the board of an independent physician association (IPA) that offers personalized, innovative, and high-quality care and is on the board of a nationally recognized accountable care organization (ACO).  Additionally, Dr. Concepcion speaks fluent Tagalog.
