- 6 chicken drumsticks
- 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar of Modena
- 1 tsp chopped garlic
- 1 tsp Mrs. Dash traditional blend
- Sprinkle cayenne pepper
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 oz red onion

Instructions
- Season the drumsticks with spices and balsamic vinegar, let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes or marinade in refrigerator 3 days before cooking
- Warm 1 Tbsp olive oil in nonstick skillet over medium high heat, add drumsticks and cover with lid
- Reduce heat to medium-low and cook for 20-25 minutes (until juices run clear)
- Rearrange drumsticks every 5-10 minutes for even cooking
- Remove lid and add red onion until caramelized (about 5 minutes)
- Serve with favorite vegetables!
