Ingredients
- 16 oz (1lb) 90% lean ground beef
- 8 corn tortillas
- 4 cups chopped cabbage
- 1 Tbps olive oil
- 1 oz cotija cheese
- 1 oz cilantro
- 1 oz red onion (chopped)
- 1 tsp Mrs. Dash

Instructions
- Cook the beef first; add ½ Tbsp oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat
- Add the meat and break into smaller pieces using spatula
- Add Mrs. Dash and stir beef every 3-5 minutes for a total of 10 minutes or until no pink remains in the middle of the pieces
- Set aside
- Using nonstick skillet, warm ½ Tbsp oil and cook tortillas until softened
- Add 4oz beef, onion, cotija cheese, cilantro and cabbage to make tacos
- Sprinkle with sour cream and hot sauce
- Enjoy!
- Store leftover beef in refrigerator for up to 4 days
