Instructions
  1. Add 1 tsp olive oil to non-stick pan on medium heat
  2. Add rice and stir in oil for 2 minutes (until lightly brown)
  3. Pour chicken broth, cover with lid and boil for 10 minutes
  4. Add black beans, chicken, tomatoes, and spices
  5. Cook and stir for 10 minutes (until beans are softened)
  6. Enjoy!
