Ingredients
- 12 ounces or about 2 ½ cups of cooked chicken
- 1 cup whole wheat pasta
- 3 cups broccoli, chopped
- 3 cups mushrooms, chopped
- 4 Tbsp pesto
- 1 cup Italian blend shredded cheese
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1 Tbsp crushed red pepper (optional)

Instructions
- Boil 2 cups of water and add 1 cup whole wheat pasta, cook 10-12 min
- Preheat oven to 325 F
- In a bowl mix chopped broccoli and mushrooms with pesto, spices, and olive oil
- Layer baking dish with cooked pasta, chicken, vegetables, and cheese
- Bake 25-30 minutes, until steaming hot
- Let cool and enjoy!
