Ingredients
- 1lb Brussel Sprouts
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 Tbsp Sriracha chili sauce
- 1 Tbsp mayo
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions
- Preheat oven 400 degrees F
- Cut off the leaves and brown ends of brussel sprouts
- In a large bowl mix brussel sprouts with salt, olive oil, and pepper
- Layer large baking sheet with brussel sprouts and roast for 35 – 40 minutes (until they’re crispy on the outside and tender on the inside)
- While brussel sprouts are cooking, mix Sriracha chili sauce with mayonnaise, garlic powder, and lemon juice
- Once they’re done cooking, serve in a bowl and top with Sriracha mayo
- Enjoy!
