Brussel Sprouts with Sriracha
Brussel sprouts are in season from September thru May! You can enjoy them in various ways! In this recipe, we add Sriracha to add more heat and flavor!

  1. Preheat oven 400 degrees F
  2. Cut off the leaves and brown ends of brussel sprouts
  3. In a large bowl mix brussel sprouts with salt, olive oil, and pepper
  4. Layer large baking sheet with brussel sprouts and roast for 35 – 40 minutes (until they’re crispy on the outside and tender on the inside)
  5. While brussel sprouts are cooking, mix Sriracha chili sauce with mayonnaise, garlic powder, and lemon juice
  6. Once they’re done cooking, serve in a bowl and top with Sriracha mayo
  7. Enjoy!
