Instructions
- Chop chicken breast into ½ – 1-inch cubes and season with spices
- Heat large skillet on medium-high temperature, add 1 Tbsp olive oil and chopped chicken
- Lower heat to medium and cover with lid
- Stir occasionally until no longer pink (10 minutes)
- Add mushroom and chopped zucchini and cook until tender (5-10 minutes)
- In a large pot, add 4 cups of water and boil
- Add ravioli and boil for 4-5 minutes
- In a small pot, heat tomato sauce until warm (4-5 minutes)
- Strain ravioli and serve with chicken and vegetables
- Top with tomato sauce and sprinkle 1 Tbsp parmesan cheese
- Enjoy!
