Ingredients
- 1/2 cup milk (low fat or unsweetened almond/oat/soy milk)
- 1 Tbsp raw sugar
- 2 Tbsp natural peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup Peanut Butter Powder
- 1 1/2 cups old fashioned oats (not instant)
- 1/2 cup or 2 scoops of Cornerstone chocolate protein powder
- 2 Tbsp semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine sugar and milk over medium heat. Stir and bring to a boil for 1 minute (do not over heat otherwise, milk will burn).
- Turn off heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla
- Then add oats, peanut butter powder, protein powder and chocolate chips, stir until ingredients are well blended (mixture will be the consistency of cookie dough)
- Scoop mixture on waxed paper and let cool
- You can refrigerate it for up to 2 weeks in airtight container. Or you can freeze them for up to 30 days
