- 8 pitted frozen cherries
- 1 Tbsp crushed pistachios

- Layer parchment paper on baking sheet
- Mix Greek yogurt and honey in a small bowl, stir until evenly blended
- Add cherries to yogurt mix and drop onto parchment paper
- Sprinkle with crushed pistachios
- Freeze for 1- 3 hours
