Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup “egg whites only”
- 3 0z low sodium deli ham
- ½ cup shredded cheese
- 2 cups chopped spinach or other leafy greens
- ¼ cup low-fat milk
- 1 tsp garlic spice blend no-salt
- ¼ tsp Cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F and use non-stick spray on muffin pan
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and whisk until mixed together
- Measure ¼ cup to fill each muffin tin
- Bake 20-25 minutes or until sides are golden
- Enjoy!!
