Instructions
  1. Heat skillet with ½ Tbsp olive oil, minced garlic, and chicken breast, cook for 10-12 minutes or until reaches until the temperature of 165F, then set aside
  2. In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, chopped cilantro, sliced radishes, sliced onion, and mandarin orange pieces
  3. Mix ingredients for the orange vinaigrette and toss with salad mixture
  4. Top with sliced chicken breast, cashews, and avocado slices
  5. Enjoy!
