- 4 serrano peppers
- 4 Roma tomatoes
- 1 oz cilantro
- 1 oz red onion
- 1 Tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp chopped garlic

Instructions
- Slice Roma tomatoes in half and wrap in aluminum foil along with peppers, onion, and garlic
- Heat in small/medium pot for 5- 10 minutes until the skins of the tomato break open
- Transfer into a blender and add salt and cilantro
- Blend until smooth
- Add to favorite meals such as eggs, tacos, and mixed vegetables
- Store in airtight container and refrigerate for up to 7 days
