- 3 oz low sodium nitrate free deli turkey
- 1 slice cheese
- 1/2 oz sundried tomatoes
- 1 oz spinach
- 1 Tbsp pesto
- Sandwich thin or 2 slices of reduced calorie bread

- Spread thin layer of pesto on each slice of bread
- Add turkey, cheese, sundried tomatoes, and spinach
- (Optional: make a hot sandwich by toasting in a Panini press for 5 minutes)
