Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425F and spray baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray
- Cut zucchini in quarters lengthwise, so there is 8 long strips, then cut each strip into 3 shorter pieces
- Mix bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, and spices in a shallow bowl
- Dip each zucchini into the spices then line on baking sheet
- Spray tops with non-stick spray
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, then flip, bake 5-8 more minutes, until lightly browned
- Serve with marinara sauce. Enjoy!
