Ingredients
- 8 oz ground turkey
- 12 oz bag frozen zucchini noodles
- 1 cup pasta sauce
- 1 tsp Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning (1 tsp dried oregano, 1 tsp dried basil, ½ tsp dried thyme)
- 1 tsp olive oil

Instructions
- Cook the ground turkey first; in a large nonstick pan add olive oil at medium heat, then add ground turkey, cook until it’s no longer pink and juices run clear (about 10 minutes)
- Add zucchini noodles and Italian seasoning, cover and cook for 5 minutes
- Then add pasta sauce and cook for another 5 minutes
- Serve and sprinkle with parmesan cheese
- Enjoy! You can refrigerate leftovers in air tight container for up to 4 days
